It’s one thing for a fan to catch a foul ball. It’s another thing for a fan to catch a foul ball when it encounters cheesy obstacles.

During the Boston Red Sox’s game against the Blue Jays on Thursday night, one Toronto fan sitting along the first base line caught a foul ball off A.J. Pierzynski’s bat after it bounced into somebody’s nachos.

Some of the people around him looked impressed. The owners of the nachos, not so much.

Later in the game, a Sox fan decided to one-up the Jays fan and make a more impressive, one-handed catch off of a Dioner Navarro foul ball, and he celebrated accordingly.
