With the Scripps National Spelling Bee preparing to crown a new champion Thursday night, the Wall Street Journal compiled a list of the most commonly misspelled names in sports. The Journal used the database Factvia to gather information from more than 32,000 sources worldwide to determine which names were misspelled the most often, and some are a little hard to imagine messing up.

While Krzyzewski made the cut, he ranked a surprisingly low 17th, trailing the deceptively hard names of J.J. Redick (not Reddick), Cal Ripken (not Ripkin), Alex Rodriguez (not Rodriquez) and Brett Favre (not Farve).

But the No. 1 spot on the list, with an incorrect spelling 4.3 percent of the time, is Dwyane Wade. The article found that the “y” in the Miami Heat star’s first name causes the most typos in articles around the world.

Former Calgary Flames goaltender Miikka Kiprusoff came in second place at 3.2 percent, and Toronto Blue Jays hurler Mark Buehrle ranked third at 2.8 percent.
