Mike Weaver: Hockey Fans’ Racist Comments Are ‘Unnacceptable’ (Video)

The Montreal Canadiens are moving along from their Thursday Eastern conference semifinal Game 1 win over the Boston Bruins, but not before members of the team addressed racist comments made about their teammate.

A few hockey fans who had been watching the debut game in the Bruins-Canadiens series didn’t like the fact that P.K. Subban, an African-American, scored the game-winning goal for the Habs. A select few took to Twitter to voice their displeasure, using racist remarks aimed at Subban.

The Bruins released a statement about the incident decrying the actions of those fans.
