phil mickelsonPhil Mickelson is being investigated in an insider trading probe, and he told reporters Saturday that he’s fully cooperating with federal authorities and is trying his best to focus on golf.

“It’s not going to change the way I carry myself,” Mickelson said per ESPN. “Honestly, I’ve done nothing wrong. I’m not going to walk around any other way.

“I think that as a player you have to be able to block out whatever is going on off the golf course and be able to focus on the golf course.”

The FBI and SEC are looking into the trading patterns of Mickelson, Las Vegas sports bettor Billy Walters and billionaire investor Carl Icahn, per a report from the Wall Street Journal. At this time, no charges have been brought against any of the three men.

Mickelson shot an even-par 72 Saturday at the Memorial Tournament in Dublin, Ohio. Two-time Masters champion Bubba Watson leads the field at 12-under par.

The 43-year-old veteran has not won a tournament in 2014. Mickelson also has no top-10 finishes and missed the cut at The Masters in April.
