Kevin Love decided to take a casual weekend trip to Boston, much to the delight of Boston Celtics fans everywhere.
The Minnesota Timberwolves forward is rumored to be a target of the rebuilding Celtics in a blockbuster deal, and he was spotted out at Beantown hot spots The Greatest Bar and Rumor Nightclub (yes, THAT Rumor Nightclub), according to the folks over at Dirty Water News.
“I’m here to just check out the city and see what it’s like,” Love said, when asked about his visit.
It appears that his plans for Saturday include dinner at Del Frisco’s steakhouse and on Sunday, Love plans to take in the Red Sox game at Fenway Park.
The C’s reportedly are interested in offering their lottery pick in exchange for Love, who has said he’s “open” to playing for Boston.
So open in fact, that he’s spending an entire weekend in the city to check it out.
