Peyton Manning was arrested in a drug bust on Sunday in Nashville, Tenn.
No, not that Peyton Manning, but instead an 18-year-old woman who shares the same name as the Denver Broncos quarterback.

While Manning, the QB, was busy speaking at the University of Virginia’s valedictory exercises over the weekend, the female Manning was busy being pulled over by cops. Police found “two mason jars of pot as well as baggies of cocaine dissolving in a cup of Coca-Cola” in the vehicle, per The Tennessean.
Given her age and location, it’s very possible that she was named after the former Volunteers quarterback, who would have been entering his junior season with Tennessee around the time she was born.
At any rate, hopefully the signal-caller doesn’t have Google Alerts for his name set up.
