Aaron Hernandez FootballLawyers for former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez are challenging the evidence brought against their client yet again.

Hernandez’s lawyers filed a motion on Monday requesting access to videos and photos of a police search of Hernandez’s home on June 18, 2013, shortly after he allegedly murdered Odin Lloyd.

The motion, which was published online by NECN, claims that these videos and photos show that the state trooper on site didn’t have a copy of a search warrant when he entered Hernandez’s home to conduct a search. The trooper recently testified that he had the warrant in his possession, but Hernandez’s lawyers argue that video evidence shows another officer holding the warrant.

Hernandez was arrested a week after the search on June 26 and is currently being held without bail at the Bristol County House of Corrections in Dartmouth, Mass.

The 24-year-old has also been charged with the July 2012 double murder of Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado and is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday for a hearing regarding the case.
