caroline wozniackiLife hasn’t exactly been all sunshine and rainbows for Danish tennis star Caroline Wozniacki lately. After Rory McIlroy ended their wedding engagement over a week ago, she was eliminated in the first round of the French Open in an upset loss to Yanina Wickmeyer.

But Wozniacki can rest easy knowing that she can go home to her newly purchased Florida mansion. Wozniacki’s new home is 1,847 square feet and it features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The penthouse also has a tremendous view of the ocean.

A company called PAC 2543 Corp., which is owned by Wozniacki’s mother, bought the Fisher Island home in Miami Beach for $1.7 million in early May, according to Miami-Dade county records. The selling price was almost $700,000 more than what the previous owners, Hector and Clara Collado, bought it for back in 2013.

So while the Collados can channel their inner Scrooge McDuck and swim in their profits, the 13th-ranked tennis player in the world can unwind in her new bachelorette pad.
