Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the best football players in the world, but that doesn’t mean he’s any good at American football.

The Portuguese soccer superstar was practicing with his team at the New York Jets practice facility Tuesday for the final international friendly before the World Cup, a Portugal-Ireland matchup at MetLife Stadium. After practice, the Portugal national team tossed the pigskin around with the Jets.

And it turns out that Ronaldo isn’t great at everything.

While Ronaldo’s throw was awkward, it wasn’t bad for someone who just learned to throw a football properly. Jets receiver David Nelson taught him how, according to the Jets’ Twitter account.
