One downside of being a professional athlete is trade speculation. Having to hear about possibly uprooting your entire life to another city can’t be fun.

With the Tampa Bay Rays holding the worst record in baseball and Price being one of the highest-paid pitchers in the game, they simply can’t afford him (nor win with him). Trading the ace has become a real possibility for the Rays, but having to hear about it on a constant basis — even in small-market Tampa — has ticked off Price.
