Los Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Hyun-jin Ryu and outfielder Yasiel Puig are friends, as evidenced by their dugout roughhousing and tickle fights. And apparently, friends teach friends a thing or two about sweet bat flips.

Ryu, who finished fourth in NL Rookie of the Year voting last season thanks to a 13-8 record and 3.00 ERA, helped his own cause against the Colorado Rockies on Friday by crushing his first major league double to right field. He celebrated the hit with a very Puig-like bat flip.

Ryu’s double resulted in a run after a Dee Gordon triple, and the Dodgers eventually went on to win 7-2. But all of that was overshadowed by one immaculate bat flip from a starting pitcher.
