German coach Jogi Löw just wanted to rub it in.

Löw’s squad manhandled Portugal 4-0 in their Group G matchup of the 2014 World Cup on Monday afternoon. Moments after the victory, the coach looked to shake hands with Portugal star Cristiano Ronaldo, but before Löw stuck out his hand he did a bit of digging around in his nose.

Though it might have been Löw’s way of rubbing salt in the wound after the victory, it’s not the first time he’s been caught in the act. Back in the 2010 Cup, he was spotted picking away during a match against England.

To be fair, it might be a good luck charm for the coach. The Germans also won that contest by a 4-1 margin.
