v stivianoV. Stiviano, the woman who leaked the recording of Donald Sterling’s racist remarks, reportedly was mugged Sunday night in New York City.

The 31-year-old was leaving the Gansevoort Hotel in Manhattan around 7 p.m. when she was assaulted by two men, Stiviano’s lawyer, Mac Nehoray, told RadarOnline and ABC News. Nehoray said the men also used racial slurs during the alleged attack.

Stiviano was taken to a doctor for examination after the incident. Nehoray told ABC News that his client was “banged up but OK.”

Nehoray told RadarOnline that Stiviano “probably” will report the incident to police, but New York Police Department officials are doubtful that any charges will emerge.

“As of now, this has no legs,” NYPD officials told ABC News on Sunday.

Stiviano was in New York for an interview with CNN’s Anderson Cooper, which was scheduled for Monday. Nehoray said she intends to go through with the sit-down as planned.
