With the New York Rangers making the Stanley Cup Final for the first time since 1994, there’s no doubt that the NHL store has been receiving plenty of orders for Blueshirts jerseys. Perhaps all the traffic caused a bit of a mess on the site. Who knows?
The fun didn’t last long, though. An e-mail was sent out by NHL shop to customers who placed an order saying that the store will be “honoring the pricing shown on the website for orders placed on a first-come, first-serve basis.” This means there will probably be plenty of buyers who will be left out of the party.
Hey, at least the NHL will give them “$10 in promotional credit” for the inconvenience.
The Kings want their names on the Stanley Cup for a second time.

The Ryan McDonagh trade with the Rangers was one of the worst in Canadiens history.
