Pawtucket Red Sox Celebrate ‘Star Wars Night’ At McCoy Stadium (Photos)

The Force was with the Pawtucket Red Sox on Saturday at McCoy Stadium.

The PawSox not only downed the Louisville Bats 7-2 behind a solid start by Matt Barnes, but they also gave their fans an opportunity to celebrate “Star Wars Night.”

Several “Star Wars” characters circulated throughout McCoy Stadium on Saturday, posing for photos with fans and soaking up the atmosphere. The event proved to be a huge success, as Pawtucket welcomed a season-high crowd of 10,793.

The evening was capped with a firework display, creating an even more memorable night for those in attendance.
