Looks like The Game can dish out more than just rap lyrics.
The Los Angeles-based rapper took a break from his day job to show off his skills on the basketball court in the Drew League, an L.A. pro-am tournament sponsored by Nike.
After catching the ball on a fast break, The Game put one off the backboard for teammate Kwame Alexander, who threw it down for a vicious windmill jam.
Alexander, who was a standout in college at Cal State San Bernardino and now plays in Europe, has thrown down his share of ridiculous dunks in the past, but catching a lob from a famous rapper must have been pretty sweet.
As for The Game, it’s not the first time he’s shown his generosity on the court. In last year’s tournament, the rapper threw a no-look alley oop to Houston Rockets star James Harden.
Not bad for a 34-year-old hip-hop artist.
