The Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks are starting off the 2014 season with some feistiness.

Tempers flared during the second day of Seattle’s minicamp Wednesday, with cornerback Richard Sherman in the middle of all the action.

According to the Seattle Post-Intelligencer, things got heated between the offense and the defense after wide receiver Bryan Walters injured his shoulder diving for a catch when safety Earl Thomas landed partially on him. Some words were exchanged between the two sides, and on the very next play, Sherman and receiver Phil Bates engaged in some fisticuffs before teammates eventually pulled them apart.

Head coach Pete Carroll called a team meeting following all of the commotion, and by the end of practice, all was well between the teammates.
