Robin van Persie’s grandfather wins the coolest grandfather competition, and it isn’t even close.

The Dutch striker sparked an Internet trend Friday after he scored one of the greatest goals of the 2014 World Cup with an incredible diving header in the Netherlands’ 5-1 win over Spain. In a matter of minutes, the hashtag #Persieing was born as fans everywhere began imitating the beautiful score.

Plenty of great, creative reenactments began to flood social media, but they all pale in comparison to one 93-year-old man’s replication of the iconic goal.

Van Persie’s grandfather, Wim Ras, showed the world where his grandson inherited his athletic genes, as he joined in on the fun.
