Seahawks Running Back Goes ‘Beast Mode’ For Big Gain During OTAs (Video)

Running back Marshawn Lynch has been absent during the Seattle Seahawks’ first week of organized team activities, giving some of the team’s under-the-radar backs a chance to shine.

Among those vying for playing time in the Seattle backfield is 2013 second-round draft pick Christine Michael, who showcased some nice elusiveness during 11-on-11s.

Michael obviously was pleased with his own performance — he was the one who posted the video to Instagram — but we’re going to pump the breaks on giving the young Texas A&M product too glowing of a review.

The initial change of direction certainly is impressive, as is his burst through the hole, but let’s take it easy on the post-run celebration. At least save that until the defense is able to put some pads on.
