Biz Markie Throws Awful First Pitch At Athletics-Astros Game (Video)

Biz Markie visited O.co Coliseum for Wednesday’s game between the Houston Astros and Oakland Athletics, throwing out a first pitch that fans likely won’t forget.

Marcel Theo Hall, better known by his stage name “Biz Markie,” didn’t skip the ball to home plate, but the southpaw might have thrown the slowest first pitch to date.

The songwriter also helped lead the crowd in signing “Take Me Out To The Ballgame,” and even made some root beer floats with A’s pitcher Jeff Samardzija.

Hall is most famous for his 1989 single “Just A Friend,” which rose to No. 9 on the Billboard charts.
