It looks as though Chris Bosh is settling in Miami.
After signing a five-year, $118 million contract with the Heat, the two-time NBA champion is putting his Southern California estate up for sale.
The Los Angeles mansion — located in the affluent Pacific Palisades neighborhood —  is being listed at $14.5 million. Bosh originally bought the home for $9.4 million in December 2012 before renting the place out for $45,000 per month — a deal that “Community” star Donald Glover took advantage of to record his latest album.
The home was built in 2001 and comes with six bedrooms, eight baths and an infinity pool that overlooks Topanga Canyon.
