Farrell told reporters on Sunday that he’d be starting Clay Buchholz first, then Rubby De La Rosa, Jon Lester, John Lackey and Jake Peavy. Boston’s skipper said he set it this way because of probable matchups and because he wanted the starters with the most innings to get the most rest.
