Then perhaps bidding on a game-used baseball from Clayton Kershaw’s no-hitter game is your best course of action.
The bidding for Kershaw’s ball starts at $10,000 on MLB.com, and the money will go to the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation.
The price is steep, but the winner of the auction gets more than just a signed baseball. The bidding also is for a meet-and-greet with Kershaw, a mounted canvas photo of Kershaw’s no-hitter, four game tickets, a chance to see the Dodgers take batting practice from the warning track and a free buffet.
It’s worth noting that the auction page does not specify if the ball was the one used during the last out of Kershaw’s no-hitter. For that starting price, let’s hope that it is.
