New York Yankees right fielder Ichiro Suzuki belted a three-run home run to right field on Friday night against the Toronto Blue Jays, giving the Yankees a 6-4 lead.

It was Suzuki’s first homer of the year, and his first since August of last year.

For those reasons, you would think his teammates would be enthusiastically waiting to greet him in the dugout following his home run trot.

Not so much.

Derek Jeter pulled an awesome prank on Suzuki, giving him the old silent treatment moments before embracing his teammate in excitement.

Ichiro’s hit was the difference, as the Yankees went on to win 6-4.
