New Orleans Saints tight end Jimmy Graham entered training camp Wednesday fresh off a season where he scored a career-high 16 touchdowns before landing a new four-year, $40 million contract.
When he first saw the hotel room he’ll be living in during camp at the Greenbrier Resort in West Virginia, though, his mood was likely dampened.
Graham was rather surprised to see his room featured pink, floral-patterned wallpaper everywhere. Running back Pierre Thomas captured the video of Graham’s reaction to what was likely a prank his teammates pulled on him.
“Flowers? Pink?” clearly indicates that Graham feels he’s deserving of a more manly room. And Thomas’ reaction certainly would seem to indicate that this was an orchestrated bit to try and irritate the Pro Bowl tight end.
Mission accomplished.
