The Stanley Cup, in addition to being the greatest trophy in all of sports, also serves a variety of purposes. It can be used as a crib, a pool toy and a horse feeder, and it even has been rumored to be used as a toilet once or twice.
And most recently, Los Angeles Kings forward Tyler Toffoli used it as a humongous ice cream dish.
The winger had his day with the Stanley Cup on Wednesday, and like just about everyone else, he had a big shindig to celebrate the occasion. That party included dumping a whole bunch of ice cream into the Cup and eating out of the beautiful chalice.
The entire Toffoli clan made the most of his day with the Cup. Toffoli’s dad even got a special tattoo to commemorate the occasion.
