Mo Williams, LeBron JamesEver since LeBron James decided to opt out of his contract with the Miami Heat in late June, the rumors have been flying about where the NBA star will end up.

It looks like we can put those rumors to rest, as a cupcake shop in Ohio says that James is heading back to his home state to join the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Yes, you read that right. An Ohio cupcake shop.

In a rather bizarre Facebook post, Caroline’s Cupcakes in Canton, Ohio took a break from the promotion of its delicious treats this weekend to claim that LeBron’s return to Cleveland was a “done deal.”

We’d have a hard time believing any rumors about LeBron these days, especially if they come from a local cupcake shop.

Yet shortly after the dessert store’s strange post, the LeBron-to-Cleveland rumors started to increase considerably, as analysts such as ESPN’s Chris Broussard jumped on bandwagon.

Maybe Caroline’s sent him some free cupcakes.
