Liverpool’s set of uniforms for the 2014-15 season is now complete, and its latest addition features a bold new look.
The team unveiled Monday its special new alternate uniforms, or “kits,” which feature a unique black and red design.

The flashy new uniforms will be worn for select away games during the upcoming season and will be first worn by the Reds on July 27 when they take on Olympiacos at Soldier Field in Chicago as part of the team’s summer tour.
The uniforms are designed by Warrior Sports, the official kit supplier of Liverpool, and feature “high-stretch breathable panels” woven into the fabric that support diversity of movement and better temperature regulation.
Liverpool kicks off its regular season Aug. 16, but fans can pre-order the new alternate uniforms now on the team’s website.
