Cheering an injury during a sporting event is considered one of the most classless a can do.

The majority of fans expressed sympathy for Brazilian star Neymar after he fractured a vertebra in his team’s 2-1 victory over Colombia on Friday. However, a group of Argentina fans stooped to a new low Saturday after their nation’s victory over Belgium, as they celebrated the win by waving a plastic spine sky high.

You know, the one’s we’ve seen in our doctor’s offices or in our high school biology classes.

In a world where karma always bites back, it would seem fitting for Argentina to lose one of its best players for the semifinals.

Oh, it seems like that already happened, as Angel di Maria won’t play against the Netherlands due to a thigh injury.

The celebration probably will not go over well with Brazil fans, and it just adds more fuel to the fire of their intense rivalry.

Keep in mind that there’s still a strong chance that both teams play each other in the World Cup final, and acts like this one only mean that the atmosphere at the championship game will be even crazier than expected.
