Kevin LoveLeBron James has turned into a recruiter for the Cleveland Cavaliers.

A week after returning to Cleveland, James has reached out to Minnesota Timberwolves forward Kevin Love in an attempt to recruit him to the Cavaliers, front office sources told Yahoo! Sports.

It initially appeared that Cleveland would be unwilling to part with No. 1 overall pick Andrew Wiggins in a trade, making a deal for Love almost impossible. It was reported Thursday, however, that the Cavaliers have changed their mind and would trade Wiggins if it meant the team could land Love.

Last week, sources told ESPN that Love would commit to a long-term deal with Cleveland and is intrigued by the possibility of playing with James.

Wiggins has high upside, but the possibility of Love in Cleveland might be too much for the Cavaliers to pass up on. James signed a two-year contract with the Cavaliers, so bringing in Love could ensure James remains in Cleveland for the long term.
