Rory McIlroy wasn’t very fond of the fan who coughed during his back swing during the final round of the British Open on Sunday.
He was quite angry, in fact, which is why he pointed out the fan to security on the 16th hole at Royal Liverpool. The unlucky fan was promptly escorted out.
McIlroy carried a three-stroke lead over Sergio Garcia at the time this all went down, and he would later go on to win his third career major by two strokes.
Too bad for the fan that coughed, as he didn’t get to witness McIlroy’s victory.
