Lincecum.3.600x400_cStarting pitcher Tim Lincecum re-signed with the San Francisco Giants during the offseason, getting a two-year, $35 million deal.

He’s thrown two no-hitters in the past 12 months and even earned his first career save on Tuesday, proving he’s just as smooth on the mound as the Giants originally envisioned.

Now, the 30-year-old is looking for a bit of extra change.

Lincecum is selling his 11,000-square-foot Paradise Valley, Ariz., home for $4 million, which he purchased back in 2012.

The house has four bedrooms and six baths and sits on 2.5 acres of beautiful desert land. There’s even a basketball court inside with booths on the sidelines for those who’d like to watch the action while grabbing a bite to eat.

As far as outdoor space goes, Lincecum has a resort-like, spring-fed pool with two waterfalls, a Jacuzzi spa, a built in grill and even an elevated sundeck.

Now all you need to do is come up with $4 million, and you’re set to go. What are you waiting for?
