Baseball is tiring enough after nine innings. During an extra-inning game, players start to get a little delirious.

The Toronto Blue Jays and Detroit Tigers battled in the second 19-inning game of the weekend on Sunday, after the Boston Red Sox dueled with the Los Angeles Angels for 19 frames on Saturday night.

Tigers infielder Nick Castellanos and Blue Jays second baseman Ryan Goins tried to keep themselves occupied during the drudgery with a little bit of fun.

The two sat in their respective dugouts and had a friendly game of rock, paper, scissors during the 17th inning of a game that lasted six hours and 37 minutes . Based on their reactions, it looks like Castellanos won the game when he played paper.

The rest of the Tigers weren’t as successful as Castellanos, though, and the Blue Jays went on to win 6-5 in the longest game in franchise history.
