Clint Dempsey thrilled Team USA fans with his performances in the 2014 FIFA World Cup. Dempsey made another young fan happy on Sunday, but not for his performance on the field.

Dempsey was held goalless during the Seattle Sounders’ 2-0 win over the Houston Dynamo, and his absence on the score sheet might have made him a little hungry for a post-game snack.

Dempsey headed over to the stands, took off his game-worn jersey and swapped it for a handful of a young fan’s popcorn. The boy also just happens to be the son of Bill Predmore, the owner of the Seattle Reign — the local professional women’s soccer team.

Stadium snacks are expensive, but definitely not worth as much as the jersey Dempsey wore. A very classy move by Mr. Dempsey.
