Dwyane WadeJust call Dwyane Wade the next Nostradamus.

The star Miami Heat guard said he knew that LeBron James would not be returning to Miami even before James made his announcement earlier this month. Wade said this premonition stemmed from James’ body language during a flight from Las Vegas.

“Yeah, I went to sleep knowing,” Wade said, via ESPN.com. “He called me the next day. But I knew then. Obviously he still had to say the final yay or nay, but I knew. I could tell.”

Despite James leaving for Cleveland, Wade said he supports James’ decision to return home.

“As his friend, I’m just supportive,” Wade said. “As crazy as that might sound, I’m supportive of my friends doing what makes them happy. Obviously, same thing with him in this situation.”

Wade will be without James this year, but he still will have teammate Chris Bosh in Miami. The two will also be joined by free agent acquisitions Danny Granger, Luol Deng and Josh McRoberts. Wade said all the team can do is look to the future and hope to contend without James.

“I think our ownership has done a great job so far of trying to not replace but recover from that,” Wade said. “The only thing we do as a franchise and as players is we move forward.”
