Goalies, generally speaking, are weird dudes. So, it’s only fitting that a goalie would come up up with one of the more bizarrely hilarious editions of the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.
Eddie Lack and Roberto Luongo were tight while the two were sharing the net in Vancouver. Luongo’s trade to the Florida Panthers last season broke up the duo, but it was not enough to squash the bromance.
Lack took the challenge on Thursday — while snuggling a Panthers jersey — and sent out just one nomination: to his boy, Bobby Lu.
Luongo, unsurprisingly, accepted. He has a tough act to follow.
