NFL: Preseason-Jacksonville Jaguars at Chicago BearsYou can count Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler among the thousands of supporters of the Jackie Robinson West Little League team.

According to the Chicago Sun-Times, the Jay Cutler Foundation will donate $15,000 to the baseball team, and the organization will also send each player on the squad an autographed jersey. In addition, the foundation will give $15,000 in Jackie Robinson West’s name to support underprivileged youth in Chicago living with diabetes, spokesman Mark Block confirmed to NBC Chicago.

Cutler’s generosity doesn’t end there, though. The quarterback will get a chance to meet all of the youngsters in the near future after inviting them to attend his radio show on ESPN 1000 following the Bears’ regular-season opener against the Buffalo Bills on Sept. 7.

The team has captured the hearts of Chicago during their amazing run at the Little League World Series, and they’ll hope to keep the magic going when they play Las Vegas in the U.S. title game Saturday afternoon.
