Jonathan Toews Completes Ice Bucket Challenge While Wakeboarding (Video)

Captain Serious turned into Captain Showmanship over the weekend.

Chicago Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews joined in on the Ice Bucket Challenge to raise money and awareness for ALS, but he put his own little spin on the viral movement. While his didn’t involve a helicopter and glacier water, Toews impressed with his athleticism, as he accepted the challenge while wakeboarding.

Yes, you read that correctly.

Toews then passed the buck to new teammate Brad Richards, Niklas Hjalmarsson as well as New York Giants defensive end Israel Idonije.
