There’s a little extra buzz around college football this season. 2014, of course, will mark the first year of the NCAA’s new playoff format following the death of the BCS in 2013.

As you might expect, players and coaches across the country are champing at the bit to begin their quest for playoff glory, and ESPN had a little fun with the anticipation by rolling out a pretty entertaining ad.

Narrated by Burt Reynolds — because why not — the commercial shows the different ways that teams are “in” for the upcoming season.

The spot features some cool cameos from former Wisconsin star J.J. Watt and Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, but this commercial is most important because it allowed for the creation of the following GIF.

Les Miles

Yup, that is in fact LSU coach Les Miles taking a rather dramatic sip of a grass-flavored smoothie.

Miles certainly has a reason to be excited (if that’s what he is here) as the new playoff format gives his Tigers a greater chance of surviving in the loaded Southeastern Conference and earning a shot to play for the national championship.

Drink up, Les.
