Navy’s football team will look sharp Saturday when it opens the 2014 season against Ohio State in Baltimore.

The Midshipmen, who have a partnership with Under Armour, will wear special Summer Whites uniforms, inspired by the Navy’s Summer Whites military uniform.

While the helmets are pretty spectacular, the best part of the uniforms might be that each player’s rank will be featured on their shoulders and pant legs. Freshman will sport jerseys that feature only an anchor on the shoulder and pant leg but no stripes, while sophomores will have one diagonal stripe to go along with the anchor. Juniors will boast an anchor with two diagonal stripes, and seniors will wear an anchor with one parallel stripe.

Navy captains Noah Copeland and Parrish Gaines will wear a star and three parallel stripes, which is the rank of a midshipmen lieutenant.
