Patriots Training Camp Attendance: Jerel Worthy, Jerod Mayo Practice

NFL: New England Patriots-Training CampFOXBORO, Mass. — Newly acquired defensive tackles Jerel Worthy and Ben Bass made their New England Patriots practice debuts on the final day of training camp.

Worthy, wearing No. 97, and Bass, in No. 65, were in full pads with the rest of their Patriots teammates Monday. Wide receiver Jeremy Gallon also made his training camp debut. Linebackers Jerod Mayo, James Anderson and Ja’Gared Davis, safeties Kanorris Davis and Tavon Wilson, center Brian Stork and tight end Michael Hoomanawanui returned to practice after being absent last week.

Hoomanawanui, Anderson and Stork worked with trainers on the New England Revolution’s lower practice field.

Running back Tyler Gaffney, tight end D.J. Williams, linebacker Cameron Gordon, offensive tackle Sebastian Vollmer and defensive tackles Chris Jones and Sealver Siliga were missing from practice.

Defensive tackle Tommy Kelly arrived at practice an hour and 20 minutes late in full pads.

Offensive tackle Chris Martin was present on the Gillette Stadium practice field, but he was wearing sweats. He spent time with trainers on the lower practice field.

Near the end of practice, tight end Rob Gronkowski took part in full-contact 11-on-11s for the first time this summer. He caught two passes from quarterback Tom Brady.
