Greg Oden’s miserable professional career continues, and the former highly touted big man might have reached a new low.

NBC 13 in Indiana reported that Oden was arrested Thursday morning and booked on two counts of misdemeanor battery. According to FOX 59, Oden has been accused of punching his ex-girlfriend. Police were dispatched to a disturbance around 3:30 a.m. Thursday.

The 2007 first overall pick out of Ohio State has battled injury problems throughout his NBA career. Oden missed three full seasons because of injury and finally returned to the NBA this past season with the Miami Heat. The center appeared in 23 games and averaged just 2.9 points and 2.3 rebounds per game.

Oden currently is a free agent, but he reportedly was scheduled to have a workout with the Los Angeles Clippers.

Below is Oden’s alleged mugshot.
