At the moment, the careers of Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods appear to be heading in very different directions.

Tiger is currently battling a bad back that has clearly affected his game and forced him to withdraw from the PGA Championship.

McIlroy, meanwhile, is ascending to stardom, earning huge wins at major tournaments like the British Open, the PGA Championship and … The Face Breaker Cup?

No, the 25-year-old Northern Irishman didn’t literally break someone’s face. What he did do, however, is have a little fun with Tiger and late-night host Jimmy Fallon on a recent episode of “The Tonight Show.”

The game involved McIlroy and Fallon taking turns hitting chip shots at glass pictures of their faces, located a short distance away. Woods, hampered with the bad back, acted as Fallon’s coach.

Rory didn’t disappoint, sniping Fallon’s likeness in the top right corner with his first shot and going on to win the highly esteemed “Face Breaker Cup” as Tiger looked on forlornly.

Well done, Rory.
