The Philadelphia Eagles and Washington Redskins don’t like each other.

The two NFC East foes already have one of the longest-running rivalries in the NFL, and the bad blood intensified this offseason when Washington signed fiery wide receiver DeSean Jackson after the Eagles made the controversial decision to cut him in March.

So, when the two teams squared off at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday, the game was ripe for some conflict. It did not disappoint.

Eagles quarterback Nick Foles threw an interception in the fourth quarter and got absolutely lit up on a blindside hit from Redskins defensive lineman Chris Baker.

As you might expect, the Eagles didn’t like that, especially offensive lineman Jason Peters, who let Baker know immediately.

Both Peters and Baker were ejected, but not before a healthy brawl broke out on the sidelines.

As for Jackson? Revenge was sweet. The spurned receiver caught a 81-yard bomb from Kirk Cousins for a touchdown, and you better believe he rubbed it in his former teammates’ faces.

Desean Jackson

The Eagles got the last laugh, however, holding on for a 37-34 win to improve to 3-0.
