Pittsburgh Steelers defensive assistant Joey Porter might be feeling about as sore as some of his players today.

The former linebacker joined forces with Steelers defensive end Cameron Heyward, putting on a clinic on how not to execute a chest bump during Pittsburgh’s 37-19 rout of the Carolina Panthers on Sunday night. Porter saw his life flash before his eyes as he got flattened by Heyward, whose adrenaline was certainly pumping.

Porter played 13 seasons in the league, but apparently he never learned that a chest bump in pads is not a great matchup with a chest bump in a headset. Especially when that person in pads is 6-foot-5, 290 pounds and essentially a brick wall.
