Washington Redskins v Tampa Bay BuccaneersBill Belichick must’ve known.

Veteran guard Logan Mankins, whom the New England Patriots traded to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers during the preseason, left Sunday’s game against the Carolina Panthers with a knee injury.

The Bucs later announced that Mankins was ruled out for the remainder of the game.

Mankins’ Bucs debut didn’t last all that long, either, as he suffered the injury during the second quarter.

Mankins’ knee appeared to buckle on the play, and although he initially needed help walking off the field, he walked to the locker room under his own power.
