Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson apparently just catches passes wherever he goes.

A day after lighting up the New York Giants to the tune of 164 yards and two touchdowns during the Lions’ 35-14 win in their season opener, Megatron headed down the street to Comerica Park take in a little baseball. He was on hand during Tuesday’s Kansas City Royals-Detroit Tigers matchup, and his presence didn’t go unnoticed by at least one of the players.

Tigers star Miguel Cabrera spotted Johnson in the stands, and said hello in the most appropriate way — by tossing a friendly pass his way.

It might have been a little too strange for Lions tight end Joseph Fauria, who was sitting nearby, to see his teammate catch a pass from someone not named Matthew Stafford, though.
