After the San Francisco 49ers’ Week 1 victory over the Dallas Cowboys, head coach Jim Harbaugh compared Colin Kaepernick to Superman.

The NFL tweeted out Harbaugh’s quote over a photo of the quarterback doing a “Superman” pose, but they forgot one thing: That’s actually Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton’s signature touchdown celebration.

In fact, that photo is from the Niners’ NFC divisional playoff victory over the Panthers, where Kaepernick trolled Newton with the post-touchdown move. Carolina wasn’t going to let the NFL and San Francisco have the last word, though, and needed just a single word and photo to fire back.
