Julian Edelman, Carlos RogersFOXBORO, Mass. — The New England Patriots were able to regain some health from last week.

Running back Shane Vereen (shoulder), wide receiver Julian Edelman (back) and center Ryan Wendell (knee) were removed from the injury report Thursday. Defensive tackle Sealver Siliga was the only Patriots player to miss practice.

Defensive end Michael Buchanan (ankle), linebacker Jamie Collins (thigh), guard Dan Connolly (foot), cornerback Alfonzo Dennard (shoulder), tight end Rob Gronkowski (knee) and safety Don Jones (hamstring) were limited in practice.

The Patriots might turn to Wendell to start Monday night against the Kansas City Chiefs now that he’s healthy. The Patriots’ offensive line has struggled early in the season.
