BOSTON — Providence topped both the media and coaches polls for the 2014-2015 Hockey East season.
The Friars received the overwhelming majority of first-place votes in both polls, earning seven of 12 in the league’s coaches poll and 26 of 36 in the poll voted on by the Hockey East Writers & Broadcasters Association.
